01. Institutional Scope & Commitment
KARYENT Global Holdings (operating across Division 01: Tech and Division 02: Trade) operates on a strict principle of institutional confidentiality. We treat all client technical scopes, proprietary architectural diagrams, commercial letters of intent (LOI), and applicant curriculum vitae (CVs) with enterprise-grade data security in full compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Section 43A).
02. Categories of Data We Process
We only collect and process information explicitly provided to us by corporate counterparties and prospective professionals through our digital intake desks:
- Commercial Scoping & Leads: Full name, corporate email, phone/WhatsApp number, organization name, estimated project budget, service requirements, and project briefs submitted via our Lead Intake Desks.
- Commodity Trade Desk Inquiries: Target commodity specifications, required IncoTerms (CIF/FOB), discharge port pair, monthly/spot volume requirements, and Soft Corporate Offers (SCO) / Letters of Intent (LOI).
- Executive Talent Applications: Candidate full name, email, phone number, LinkedIn URL, portfolio link, and uploaded resume files (validated strictly as PDF or DOCX documents).
- Security & Operational Telemetry: Anonymized IP addresses, browser user-agent signatures, and cryptographic request tokens (CSRF) processed solely for sliding-window rate limiting, DDoS defense, and spam mitigation.
03. Purpose & Lawful Grounds of Processing
We process your data exclusively for legitimate business communication:
Scoping custom software architectures, preparing non-binding technical estimations, and executing bilateral trade commission agreements (NCNDA/IMFPA).
Routing inquiries directly to founder and senior desk leads without third-party telemarketing or data-broker layers.
04. Zero Third-Party Sale Policy
Under no circumstances does KARYENT Global Holdings sell, lease, or monetize client inquiry details, technical project scopes, or applicant resumes to third-party ad networks, recruitment aggregators, or marketing brokers.
05. Cryptographic Safeguards & Data Storage
All digital transfers across our platform utilize strict Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Database assets are isolated within thread-safe PDO wrappers with prepared parameterization to eliminate injection vulnerabilities. Candidate resume files are quarantined in isolated, non-executable directories with random cryptographic hex prefixes to prevent traversal.
06. Your Data Rights (DPDP Act 2023)
As a data principal, you maintain the statutory right to request a summary of personal information we hold regarding your inquiry or application, request corrections, or instruct the complete permanent deletion of your project brief or resume from our records.
To exercise any data rights, submit your instruction directly to our Data Governance Desk at [email protected]. We acknowledge and process all verified requests within 48 business hours.
